  • Remote coaching sessions are regular meetings with set agendas. Between sessions, we’ll each have assigned tasks. Frequency of sessions depends on the pace of progress in between.

    We’ll propose an agenda for each meeting ahead of time, which allows you to ensure we remain focused on what you need most. We also send a post-meeting follow-up in bullet point format.

    We can also join Slack and address questions in between our sessions.

  • Hourly. At the first of each month, we bill for hours accrued the prior month.

    You can reserve as few as 1 - 3 hours per week.

    Meetings that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are billed.

  • Yes! If that person is available, you can book with them. If not, you can choose whether you want to move forward with another consultant.

    We each have different skills and depending on the nature of your situation, one of us might be best equipped to help you. We’ll walk you through choosing the right consultant for you.

  • No, if a single session helps you, that’s great. We're entrepreneurs, too. We get it. We can work together for weeks or months or on an as needed basis. Time is money, we're all busy so let’s meet when it is helpful to you

  • Nobody on our team does development or marketing execution. For these services, we will refer you to partners.

    Furthermore, our availability as principal consultants is limited. If we find that you need a pace or volume of work that one principal can’t support personally, we will suggest including support from our broader team. That will be less expensive for you, too.

  • No. They are available to you if you agree that it makes sense.

  • No.

  • We offer direct access to experienced product design professionals who are serious entrepreneurs themselves.

    There are some great options out there, but most are not as strategic, as experienced, or as business-focused as we are.

    We will use our decades of experience to provide pointed feedback and guidance to help you focus and hopefully avoid common mistakes. If we think an idea or approach is bad, we’ll tell you. What you do with our advice is up to you.
